Neutralization of Fresh Concrete Sludge

Concrete is indispensable for various construction projects and construction sites all over the country.
Fresh concrete, in particular, is the most widely used building material.
Solid sludge generated from mixers from ready-mixed concrete plants, wash water from agitator trucks,
and wastewater from processing leftover or returned concrete (i.e., ready-mixed concrete sludge) is classified as industrial waste sludge.
However, it has been considered difficult to handle because it is strongly alkaline and contains hexavalent chromium.
Based on our proprietary technology accumulated over many years, we have developed an acidic solidifier, “Doronko AC-096,” which neutralizes ready-mixed concrete sludge.
