Loan Negotiation Platform (GoFundme.com campaign)

This is a brief explanation and asks for funding towards a term loan negotiation platform based on modifying my US Patent 7,493,279. I hope with this we will be able to negotiate our mortgage with bankers online for new terms on existing loan commitments without having face to face, at a safe and private cloud, and most importantly conveniently. In short, once the agreement is reached the amendments or supplement terms are instantaneously committed without more. I want to simplify this negotiation process so that anyone can do this and that includes understanding the terms of the contract and whereby AI bot lawyer will assist.
