(EP9 Kipa 28mm Flat slide carb install on CG250, RPS condor test ride. Kipa better than Nibbi?

Testing out the Kipa 28mm with power jet, comparing it to the Nibbi 28mm I put on a few months ago, is it better? I think so. Says for 2 stroke but will work for 2 or 4.
