Do you want to learn how to make a wreath? Need a DIY wreath-making video for beginners? In this video, I show you how to make a Ruffle and Curl deco mesh wreath base using 2 different colors of 10" deco mesh. By using deco mesh cut into 30" pieces, you will have to make fewer cuts and make fewer ruffles to cover your wreath base form. To create a full deco mesh wreath base, I use the wreath making technique of the ruffle method and add some curls to add a contrasting color mesh. I use a 14" wire frame with (18) stems.
