Unused & Canceled Content from WB Games Projects Roundup

Описание к видео Unused & Canceled Content from WB Games Projects Roundup

This video will round up a lot of what is publicly known to have been canceled and cut content from some of WB Games’ old projects, including Batman: Arkham Knight, and games that unfortunately never saw the light of the day.

By digging into some of the files of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC, plenty of codes that become accessible will end up giving away a lot of Rocksteady’s original plans for the game, some of which you’ll notice did not make it to the final product. MrJag from YouTube managed to find several audio files that revealed a potential Victor Zsasz appearance, which seemed to be planned for the game very early in development.

Special thanks to MrJAG for authorizing audio usage. Check out his video:    • AUDIO; Batman; Arkham Knight; Unused ...

A DLC list written for the game was found several years ago and mentions a number of character skins, some of which were released, and others that were cut from the game. WB Games Montreal worked on most of the Season Pass content for Arkham Knight. They hired a concept artist named Joël Dos Reis Viegas who revealed his skin designs for the game, including a few that unfortunately were cut.

As reported by James Sigfield from GWW on Twitter, WB started actively taking pitches for a Superman game from many producers within the industry in 2013. More than one have been considered, but unfortunately, none succeeded. These projects and the Suicide Squad one were canned along with the Damian Wayne Batman game meant to be an Arkham Knight sequel, codenamed Project Sabbath.

Right now, Rocksteady Studios and WB Games Wontreal have their attentions turned to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and Gotham Knights respectively, while the latter also has a second project in the works at the moment, scheduled for the years ahead and still unannounced.
