The history of SUNCHAIR goes back to the year 2001. But at that time the juice of the barley was in the center of the creative process. Although they played on numberless stages only a few valuable soundtracks were produced. Years went by and the band vanished in 2008.
After a three year break Oliver Biklic, the founder and guitar player, decided to produce a new album in 2011. He was supported by B-Ray, the producer and drummer from Duisburg, and the bass player Andreas Hollywood Bacon. This trio developed their ideas in the studio and put them on tape. As the production was almost finished David Müller completed the band. So Evolution, the first EP by SUNCHAIR was created and the Lord saw that it was good.
Now the EP had to be turned out of the cellars of the studio onto the stages. But for a live performance their were still two musicians missing. So the existing EP convinced drummer Bruno Lindner and bass player Peter Michalak to join the band. Andreas Hollywood Bacon played the guitar for the live gigs and so the EP Evolution was published by the label Boekel Records.
