To Nigel and the Core Fight Gym Families,

After a long time apart, looking back on the four months of training we went through together, from the initial fitness goals to the later journey of participating in competitions, I am truly filled with emotion. During this period, our team experienced the hardships of training together, pursuing progress as one.

Nigel, you have always been an indispensable part of our team, and your guidance and encouragement have brought us endless motivation. Together, we shouldered the responsibility of training and conquered challenges. The spirit of teamwork played a crucial role, keeping us closely united. We witnessed each other's growth, not just in technical skills but also in maturity. Under your guidance, we have learned the virtues of perseverance and courage.

I want to thank all the teammates for their constant companionship. I believe that in the future, Core Fight Gym will create even more brilliance. Though time may pass, our friendship will endure.
