Bulky Fairisle Yoke Pullover, Tiers 2 and 3

In this video, I am knitting Tiers 2 and 3 of the back yoke section.
I also show how to do the decreases between the tiers using waste yarn.

The punch card should be locked on row 20 before beginning Tier 2.

Instructions for doing a free pass on a Brother 260 Bulky machine, and how to reprogram the carriage for the first row of the next tier are also included.
