Monster | Animatic

This animatic has been a specific request from my one of my closest friends, Sarah Roselyn, with the storyline of her work-in-progress, “The Art of Bathing In Glory.” This fantasy novel has been in the works for the last 3 years or so, and I have absolutely fallen in love with the characters and storyline. It is an honor to be a test reader and to watch the process of such a great piece of literature unfold before my eyes.
With the holiday break from school, I suddenly had more free time than I knew what to do with, and I decided to take advantage of that time to create this animatic. I gave myself the deadline of completing it in a week and starting the new year with a clean conscience, and this was the product.

💫Storyline: In order to realize his ambition of taking back his kingdom and country, Prince Caspian must steal the power of the six amulets of Triionain to fulfill his wish— no matter the cost.

🌳Characters:
Caspian Hunten- The true heir to the throne of Leovrath, or rather, Ferlithin.
Ivory Verlice- A half elf born to bring peace between the elves and humans. The queen of Melomin and Caspian’s childhood friend and lover. Possesses the Citrine amulet of the elves.
Lionel Trescot- The son of King Edmund, ignorant to the crimes his father has committed. Possesses the Sunstone amulet of the humans.
Arpina Silvain- A fugitive of Leovrath, friend of Queen Ivory and foe of Prince Lionel. Mysteriously, she has the Ruby amulet of the dragons in her possession.
Reika Singh- A young woman from Leovrath; dutiful and loyal, though is never recognized for her passion to protect others.
Corbin Dolch- A young man of Leovrath; served with Prince Lionel in the military and took up inventing as a hobby in his downtime.
Azazel- Prince Caspian’s right hand man. The tactician of his army of drones.
Arik King- Azazel’s companion; soft and empathetic, but always willing to fight.
