Vegan chewy cookie recipe 🍪
1/2 cup vegan butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
chocolate chips to your heart's desire
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
In a mixing bowl, cream together vegan margarine and sugar. Add milk and vanilla and stir to combine. Add flour, baking powder and salt and stir to form a dough. Add chocolate chips and stir to combine.
You can let the dough rest in the fridge before baking and you'll want to bake them for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden (depending on the size of the balls).
