One of the best fruit my Mother loves is Orange, so today I made Orange juice for her and my son that has constipation issues. So while I was making this it occurred to me to use the pulp and some of the juice to make her {My mother} a orange bread. Use SWEET RIPE orange, not bland orange
Don’t use orange with seeds
Don’t use orange with thick skin
Don’t blend the ingredients too long, just enough for the orange to be blended through

Orange Bread Recipe

3 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
1 stick of butter
1 cup of orange juice
The zest or pulp of 1 orange
Bake at 350 for 40 m
