As a Business and Leadership coach, Simone aims to bring the best in people. She wishes to help several women entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized business owners to help grow their business to the next level.


How did Simone get into the coaching business?

In a nutshell: Simone had been in this business for over 15 years. To dig deeper- she started her career as a Pharmacist. To put simply, Simone was more into the Pharma World before she got into a role as a Business and Leadership Coach.

Simone was responsible for conducting training for the technical and sales teams and further helped people with tailored strategies to engage the audience. She was managing the sales, training and other medical affairs during her stint as a Pharmacist.

As things progressed she wished to create an impact in people’s life. Since she was in the healthcare industry, helping or serving people came naturally to her. Simone wanted to do a bit more for people than what she was doing. And that very passion of hers found its way into coaching.
