Note on Deck Builder’s Toolkit: To my knowledge WotC hasn’t given an official explanation for why they discontinued Deck Builders Toolkits. However, it’s a product inherently tied to 60 card casual paper magic, which has been directly and heavily diminished by Arena and EDH, and the timing lines up perfectly with the number of precons printed per year being more than doubled. Thus, I feel comfortable taking the liberty of drawing direct connections between these things.
