Learn how to make thick curd at home in less time. Making thick curd (mosaru maduva vidhana) in just one hour is explained in this video with Kannada narration and English subtitles. Thick curd is prepared using normal pasteurized cow's milk or packet milk.

Some important points to be noted:
1. Milk should be little hotter than warm
2. Mix it well after adding curd.
3. Keep it in the hot water using a stand.
4. No need to keep the stove ON. Just heat the water and switch OFF the stove.
5. I have used home made curd having room temperature to set the curd.
6. The curd setting time may increase depending on the climate, the curd used and the temperature of the milk.
7. I have not tested this method using store bought curd or set-curd.
8. So if you are not sure about the curd used to set the curd, just increase the amount by 2 times or 3 times.
