Apart from the issues mentioned in the intro, the main video source used here was in great shape. It did have some analog noise and compression though, and the color was also shifted a bit towards green. I ran the video through Topaz to upscale, clean, and sharpen the picture. I then used Resolve to adjust contrast and to shift the color away from green to a more normal look. You can see the before/after shots here -- https://imgbox.com/g/QLqsv8ak2N
