Nightbirde’s newest posthumous single, "Gold", is a heart-stirring reminder of her unmatched ability to weave the rawness of life’s hardships into feel-good music that uplifts the soul. Written during the depths of her battle with breast cancer, Jane poured her truth into every lyric, capturing the beauty and fragility of life with striking authenticity. With its mega pop production, epic guitar solos by her longtime producer Geoff Duncan, and a sound reminiscent of classic ’80s films, Gold transports listeners to a cinematic moment where they are the heroes of their own story. The juxtaposition of the song’s somber lyrics against its triumphant sound delivers an emotional high that leaves you feeling invincible, even amidst life’s darkest struggles. Gold is not just a song—it’s a legacy of hope, resilience, and the timeless magic of Nightbirde.

Nightbirde Foundation
The Nightbirde Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2022 in honor of Jane “Nightbirde” Marczewski. Nightbirde was most known for being Simon Cowell’s 1# Golden Buzzer performance on America’s Got Talent while she was in the midst of her cancer battle. Jane passed away of breast cancer in 2022.
Nightbirde's journey was marked by her resilience in the face of insurmountable odds. By the time of her AGT audition, she had been told she had only a 2% chance of survival, yet her determination and positive outlook inspired millions. Although Jane is no longer with us, her legacy lives on in the Nightbirde Foundation.
The Nightbirde Foundation now exists to share Nightbirde’s story and mindset with women in their darkest times. Like Jane famously said, “you don’t have to wait until life isn’t hard anymore before you decide to be happy.” It’s this message that women need to hear in their darkest moments.
The Nightbirde Foundation partners with cancer hospitals and clinics to bring the Gift of Hope to women in their darkest moments, particularly those with breast cancer. These Gifts of Hope bring Jane’s story to women at just the right time because we believe that hope and courage are powerful factors in a woman’s healing journey.
In addition to spreading Hope, the Nightbirde Foundation gives grants for medical treatment to young women with breast cancer. Jane was only able to survive as long as she did because of the generosity of other people; we want to pass that same generosity along to those who need it.

Jane Marczewski lived a beautiful life full of vision, creativity, and passion. As she pursued her career in music, she received news that no one saw coming: a breast cancer diagnosis. Determined to beat the odds, she fought for a miracle. In the midst of her fight Jane was invited to audition for America’s Got Talent and on June 8th, 2021 she performed her song, “It’s OK,” and won the hearts of millions and the AGT judges as she received Simon Cowell’s golden buzzer. The grasp of cancer was too strong for her body to overcome, and she dropped out of the AGT competition. Jane passed away on February 19, 2022, but left a lasting legacy of hope in Jesus that cannot be laid to rest, and her spirit is still impacting the lives of souls around the world through her music and her foundation.
