Unboxing BlackFencer Sharp Simulator Synthetic Sparring Swords - Custom Katana and Miao Dao [vlog]

Today we received a parcel from Black Fencer! We bought some of their synthetic sparring swords with their sparring simulator. One of the main issues with synthetic sparring swords is that they slide past each other and this is a large issue with shinai as well, sparring with real sharp steel swords is very different as they bite into each other and have resistance to sliding past each other. BlackFencer uses synthetic teeth to emulate this.

We will test them in sparring and do a full review in another video in a few weeks time. Today is just unboxing and first impressions.
