Explore the key elements of Sound Attunement in the first in a series of short Do-It-Yourself videos, starting with learning to trust your mind, body and spirit as a whole.
The video considers how all that we perceive, do and think on many levels, laden with meaning beyond our conscious awareness, speaks with each part and the whole of our being which in turn speaks back to us, possibly in words and languages we have not yet learned to recognise much less understand.
There is every reason to listen to, respect and trust the messages received because we are literally talking with ourselves.
Trust in the context of Sound Attunement refers to our learning to listen to and respect the wisdom of our own bodies, minds and spirits as a whole.
Sound Attunement combines resonant vibrations of music, voice and chi with relaxation, meditative focus, breathing and listening to restore self-healing balance and stillness.
Then we can better hear and accept the wisdom and help of our personal, ever-present, softly spoken higher self which is an integral part of our being which is often ignored in the busy-ness of daily life.
To start, suggestions are offered to explore the stillness as we prepare for doing Sound Attunements on ourselves and perhaps others.
The next video in the series will explore the meaning of listening in relation to trust.
