Ingredients:

Sabudana (tapioca pearls): 1 cup

Boiled potatoes: 2 medium, mashed

Green chilies: 1-2, finely chopped

Kuttu atta (sago flour): 2 tablespoons

Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon (optional)

Sendha namak (rock salt): to taste

Fresh coriander: optional, chopped


Instructions:

Preparation:

1. Soak Sabudana: Rinse sabudana and soak in water for 4-5 hours or overnight until soft.


2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, chopped green chilies, kuttu atta, red chili powder, sendha namak, and chopped coriander. Mix until well combined.



Shaping Vadas:

3. Shape the Mixture: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into flat discs (vada).

Cooking in Air Fryer:
