4WD REVIEW: Central West 4WD Park - 4x4 and Camping

Over the Easter long weekend, the team from 'on the dirt' were invited to visit and check out the Central West 4WD Park. We were impressed!

This park has it all. Views, Rocks, 4WD tracks ranging from easy to extreme, animals, mining history and a whole lot more. Located south of Mudgee at Avisford on the Hill End Road, it's easy to find and even easier to fall in love with the place. Hosts and property owners Jamie and Julie Smith are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities include hot showers and flushing toilets - such luxury! There are also plenty of sites that are suitable for Caravans and camper trailers.

We couldn't really fault this location and we'll be heading back there when we next have an opportunity. Why don't you give Jamie a call and book yourself in for a relaxing weekend of camping and 4WDing.
