Vessel last in service: February 2025 and is fully functional with no known issues
The Reactor body was in replaced last 2011, but the other components were replaced at the later dates i.e. agitator - replaced approx 3-4 years ago, baffle - approx 5-6 years ago, reactor cover - brand new even though the nameplate states 2022 (the entire reactor system is seating in our warehouse waiting for shutdown opportunity)
Seller is no longer using the vessel because they had a high revenue project about 5 years ago which the project requires that they need to replace the entire reactor system and components associated with it such as condenser, tanks and piping. We had a short period shutdown opportunity last early March and we started with the initial changeover which is the Reactor System. Also, another reason is since the purchase of the Reactor system, piping, tank and condenser are a capital expenditure, the company has to use them so that it will start to depreciate otherwise if we do not use them it will be considered as scrap in the financial book. The Reactor system was purchased last 2022 but we just installed it last Mar 2025.
The reactor dome was not part of the changeover due to dimensional issue hence it is still new and unused and is in part of the reactor system that they are selling.
