Wanted to do this again, with less distractions, more condensed, less fooling around, less cringe (Not no cringe! Just.... Less.) I think this came out just right for what I was aiming for, please enjoy, and I hope this helps for the purpose that I intended it for.
One little edit: I made a mistake with the "OL" sound. It should be OOH, as in "Look, Book, or Oof". Like you're getting punched in the gut!
