Homemade pain relief muscle rub with recipe

Another homemade pain relief muscle rub, this one is the easiest I’ve found and the texture is also pretty nice. What better way to ease muscle pain than a natural easy no chemical rub .

Recipe

1/4 cup coconut oil
12 drops frankincense oil
12 drops myrrh oil
6 drops ginger oil
