Can be done all the way from 40-50. Up to 300k exp/hr, but you will get instance locked because the runs are usually faster than 15 minutes. Gold per hour to be determined, but is good (probably at least 50 gph on average)

To reset you can just get into group with alt, log off, reset, log in. Or you can run to Antu'sul's cave and jump on a cage, FD+logout. I'd just use the alt though.
