Disassemble Fusion AP Air Purge Gun for Service

To disassemble your Fusion AP gun, begin by:
1. Separating the fluid section from the air section of the gun
2. Take out component A and B and separate them
3. Take apart check valve assembly of both A and B
4. Remove side seal retainer and air cap assembly
5. Lift away side seals so you can take out the mix chamber
6. Take apart side seal cartridge
7. Extract the O-rings
8. Pull off air seal O-ring and the front seal O-ring
9. Remove needle valve assembly
10. Remove cap for zerk and clean if there was a crossover
11. Remove rear cap and safety stop assembly from piston
12. Take off air inlet
13. Remove air valve
14. Unscrew muffler
15. Remove port from the bottle of handle
16. Reference the Tool clean out kit and follow along
