Alex Hertel is a versatile DJ and producer from Germany whose musical journey spans from melodic soundscapes to the raw intensity of underground techno. Emerging from the vibrant electronic scene around Mannheim, he quickly made a name for himself with hypnotic, driving, and melodic sets that have captivated crowds in some of the region’s most iconic clubs and festivals.
Staying true to his roots in Melodic Techno and Melodic House, Alex blends atmospheric depth with powerful grooves, creating immersive journeys on the dancefloor. His performances are defined by precision, energy, and a deep connection with the crowd, making each set a unique experience.
As a resident DJ at renowned event series like Stromverschwendung, Format, and Release², Alex has shared his sound at respected venues and festivals, steadily building his reputation in the scene. A special highlight is just around the corner: at the end of August he’ll bring his trademark sound to the Stromverschwendung Open Air, one of the region’s most anticipated electronic gatherings.
