- A handful of fresh mint & coriander leaves 🍃
- 4 cups water 💧
- 3 tbsp cooking oil 🛢️
- Salt to taste 🧂
- Whole spices: 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 4 cardamoms, 2 bay leaves 🌿
