All new employees of Greggs the bakers undertake an intensive week-long training course to allow them to properly identify mayonnaise. It is the Mayonnaise Identification Course, and all who pass gain a special certificate to prove that they are now adept at identifying mayonnaise.

Would I kid you? Well ... ... yes. I'm kidding.

That said, it might be prudent to carry a picture of mayonnaise with you every time you wish to enter a Greggs branch, just to be on the safe side.

This video shouldn't really have anything to do with mayonnaise in it, but I made a mess of some footage where I was chatting to the camera near that tall tower in the Cammo estate, and so thought to include the mayonnaise story as an added filler to replace the bit I messed up.

The video was supposed to be about the Cammo Estate, or me having a wee wander or dander through it, and for much of the time that is what you can see me doing: wandering and dandering, although, to be fair, there are times when I'm just not too sure if at any given moment I'm wandering or dandering.

The Cammo Estate sits to the west of Edinburgh, between Cramond and Edinburgh Airport. It actually sits a little too close to Edinburgh Airport, and much of the time is spent ducking. It used to be a big estate owned by some rich person, but is now looked after by Edinburgh District Council. I suspect the reason it has been kept as a green and wooded area of land and not sold for housing is down to its close proximity to the airport and all its associated noise.

So, we start and end at the old Cramond Bridge, and somewhere in the middle of the video we find ourselves at home talking about mayonnaise.
