𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬?

It’s THAT good you’ll eat it day after day after day. ‼️🤤😋‼️

Makes 3 Servings
🥒𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
• 3 Cod fillets, 6 oz each (170g)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream (or vegan heavy cream if dairy-free)
• ½ cup chicken broth
• ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (or vegan parmesan if dairy-free)
• ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
• 3 cup baby spinach
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning

🥣𝐃𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
    •    Cook Cod: Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper. Over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Place the cod fillets in the skillet. Sear for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until a golden crust forms. When done, remove the cod from the skillet and set aside.
