We get up to all sorts of family activities for Fall like going to an apple orchard, and our family makes apple cider for the first time using an apple press. My husband restored the apple cider press (with our daughter's help!) and we tried making apple cider together. We will definitely be making this a new Fall family tradition!

Apple Spice Muffin Recipe:
2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 2.5 tbsp warm water, let sit)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup chopped apples
Sugar & Spice topping: 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cinnamon
