The automated high-bay warehouse built by Kardex in Debrecen in Hungary has three aisles, each 85 meters in length. The plant capacity is 4,860 storage spaces for Euro pallets. Storage and retrieval is carried out in each case by a stacker crane of type Kardex MSingle-A with single-deep load pick-up. With a height of 17 meters, each stacker crane has a capacity of 85 double cycles per hour. The machines have proven themselves in numerous applications in the pharmaceutical industry and - as is the case with the components of the Kardex conveying technology - are suitable for areas with particularly demanding requirements.
