Abstract—The focus of this paper is on the practical aspects of design, prototyping, and fabrication of a drainage pipeline dredging robot that can solve the dredging in drainage pipelines that are difficult and inaccessible for humans. According to the operating environment and the technical requirements, and based on the modular thinking, the moving bodies, the control systems and the operating device of the robot will be designed. This model is based on a wall press adaptable wheeled In-pipe Robot. The robot can move independently when it takes an operating tool to do cleaning work. The cleaning part is done by a specially designed blade that will be fixed with a high torque geared DC motor for the dredging purpose.
