重庆巫溪是大宁河畔的小县城，也是三峡库区唯一一个没有被水淹没的城市，这里还是多年前的旧模样，山水人一切都没变，过去宁厂古镇以制盐而兴盛，又因制盐而衰落。因为盐业，大名鼎鼎的烤鱼就发源自这里，加了酸酸的泡菜，还有糖醋味的凉面和炕土豆，都独一份的味道。
Wuxi, Chongqing is a small county town on the bank of the Daning River. It is also the only city in the Three Gorges Reservoir area that has not been flooded. It still looks the same as it did many years ago. The landscape and people have not changed. In the past, Ningchang Ancient Town prospered and declined because of salt production. Because of the salt industry, the famous grilled fish originated here, with sour pickles, sweet and sour cold noodles and potatoes cooked on the stove, all with unique flavors.
