what is iodised salt ?
when sodium iodide and/or pottasium iodised is sprayed on salt we get iodised salt. it has same taste and appearance as normal salt. iodised salt is most commonly available salt in market.
dextrose works as stabiliser and prevents oxidation and evaporation of pottasium iodide.
calcium silicate - used as anti caking substance and prevents salt clumping.
