✨ RECIPE:

You’ll need:
• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup cookie butter
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 & ¾ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ¾ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ cup cookie butter (extra, for stuffing/drizzle)

Instructions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment and drop 8 dollops (½ tbsp each) of cookie butter on it. Freeze 15–20 mins.
2. Preheat oven to 350F.
3. Cream butter, cookie butter, brown sugar & granulated sugar until fluffy. Add egg + vanilla and mix.
4. Stir in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
5. Scoop ¼ cup dough balls, make a well in the center, add frozen cookie butter. Seal and roll into balls.
6. Bake 10 mins. Cool slightly, then drizzle with melted cookie butter and Biscoff cookie crumbs. 🍪

They’re soft, gooey, and insanely good.
