To make Mojito

Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Lime Pieces
Mint Leaves
Ice Cubes
Soda
Salt ( Optional )


Method

For this refreshing drink, I’ve taken some fresh green lemons—they have a stronger flavor and give the best taste.

I’ve cut two lemons into quarters. If you don’t get green ones, you can use regular yellow lemons too.

Let’s start assembling the drink.

In a tall glass, add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add in the cut lemon wedges and a few fresh mint leaves. Using a muddler, gently crush everything together to release the juices and flavors.

Once done, add a few ice cubes—I'm adding enough to fill half the glass.

Now, pour chilled soda into the glass. Make sure the soda is nice and cold—it enhances the freshness. Finally, add a tiny pinch of salt for that extra punch—this step is optional but adds a nice twist.

Give everything a good mix.

That’s it! Super easy, super refreshing Virgin Mojito is ready. Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best taste. Great for summer days or as a party drink!
