ridge gourd 100 gram
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 green chilli
1 chopped garlic cloves
1 sliced onion
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 fine chopped tomato
1/4 cup fresh green peas
1/2 cup 30 min soaked rice
1 cup water
1 tsp ghee
