Hey everyone, I am having a lovely day in Asiago.
Asiago plateau is in the Province of Vicenza in the Veneto region of Northeastern Italy. It is near the border between the Veneto and Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol regions in the foothills of the Alps, and about 60 km distance from the major cities of Trento to the west and Vicenza to the south. The Asiago region is the origin of the Asiago cheese.
The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport, taking a Regional Train from Venezia Mestre to Bassano del Grappa 1 hour 2 min trip, then, from Bassano del Grappa Bus Station a Bus to Asiago 1 hour and 27 min trip. Usually, by car, it will take about 1 hour and 28 min trip (127 km distance).
