Hello and welcome, I’m NJYosh, and we’re back in Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord with the WarSails module.

After a long break caused by a power outage and too much time lost in Bellwright, I jump back into WarSails with very little memory of what I was doing. So this episode starts slow — tournaments, smithing, trading, and shaking the rust off — before gradually pulling us back toward the sea.

We take on looters and a caravan ambush, then return to naval combat to test boarding mechanics, ship numbers, and crew balance. Along the way we capture enemy ships, learn how repairs affect ship value, and figure out when it actually makes sense to repair before selling.

There’s also trading, caravans, reputation events, a tense bandit hideout stealth run, and a full fleet restructuring that leaves us with fewer but larger ships and much higher troop capacity.

This episode is about learning WarSails systems the hard way — ships, repairs, money flow, and setting up for a more naval-focused campaign going forward.
