A California man described the dramatic moments when his neighbours were rescued by helicopter after becoming trapped on a rooftop during severe flooding in San Bernardino County on December 24. Tim Needham, who filmed the rescue, said the storm was unlike anything he had experienced, with roads completely impassable and water surging around homes.
