Bristol documentary-maker Ben Akers wants men to talk about their mental health after losing his childhood best friend to suicide at the age of just 38.

In 2017 nearly 6,000 people took their own lives and three quarters of those were men.

Ahead of Mental Health Awareness week, Ben Akers tells ITV News how the death of his best friend, Steve, is now helping to save other men's lives.
