In this video we show how we installed a Stage 3 gear reduction in the 2019 Polaris RZR Turbo S transmission. We replace the stock bearing retainer plate with a stronger one from https://rockreadyutv.com. We show the proper way to set the snorkel gear or pinion backlash according to the Polaris service manual. Lastly we show the final assembly so the transmission is ready to go back into the machine.
