Ministries Housed:

The building will accommodate the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Ministry of Rural Development, and the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). 

Energy Efficiency:

The building is designed to use 30% less energy than comparable buildings, with features like special glass, LED lights, sensors, smart lifts, and solar panels. 

Biometric Access:

The building utilizes a new system with smart cards and biometric authentication for employee access. 

Part of a Larger Plan:

The CCS-3 building is one of the first three office buildings to be completed as part of the Central Vista project, with plans to construct a total of 10 office buildings and a conference center along Kartavya Path.
