Today we got the news that there could be 8 helluva boss shorts this year. I’ll break it down.

So at the ANIMATE! RALEIGH galaxycon the helluva boss voice actors held a qna panel. There wasn’t any recordings unfortunately, however during the panel richard horvitz allegedly said that there will be 8 helluva boss shorts releasing this year.

Personally i believe it, considering last years 4 shorts were announced via an instagram live, and it was revealed that an entire dedicated team was established at spindlehorse to work on shorts.

The fact that there’ll be 8, means they should release at the rate of one per month, keeping fans engaged until season 3 of helluva boss, and season 2 of hazbin hotel.

I think this is a great idea. Fans usually ditch the series after the finale of each season, which we saw back with season 1 and it’s happening again.

The first 4 shorts were pretty well received, especially emberlynn’s episode. So i’m excited to see what’s in store.
