This is the video memories of NEPCA from 3/2018 to 6/2024.
Northeast Philadelphia Chinese Association (NEPCA) is a volunteer-based organization founded by Mingchu Pearl Huynh. From 2018 to 2024, there have been more than three hundreds community members volunteered with NEPCA. Together we delivered many needed services to local community. Many of our volunteers received recognitions for dedication and excellence services. At the same time, NEPCA has collaborated with more than a hundred organizations to deliver resources and services. We also present appreciation certificates to our partners. A big thank you to all volunteers and service partners who walked with us on the road to building a better community.
