No-bake Macaroni & Cheese, SIMPOL!

Set A:
400 grams macaroni noodles
3 1/2 cups water or chicken stock, for boiling pasta
1 tablespoon salt, for cooking pasta

Set B:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup carrots, minced
1 piece red bell pepper, minced
¼ kilo ground beef
3 pieces hotdog
500 grams Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
½ cup grated cheese, for toppings

Set C (Bechamel Sauce):
1 cup quick melt cheese grated
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups all-purpose cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

Set D:
½ cup butter
½ cup flour
