What do you do on a Sunday morning?

Isle of Man Adventure Club sea kayaking at the Little Calf Sound, on a regular Sunday morning Club training session. The water feature is an overfall wave train created by a 7 metre spring tide forced through a narrow channel. The resulting (5 knot flow) against a F6 wind and swell… interesting conditions : )
