RECIPES

Savoury: chicken puff roll, avocado chicken sandwich, beetroot sandwich

Chicken puff roll

1 puff pastry roll
2 chicken breast cooked
2 pinch paprika and coriander powder
1 tea spoon salt
Tomato purée to spread on the puff pastry
1/2 cup Grated mature cheddar
Beaten egg to glaze

Beetroot sandwich

1/4 cup grated beetroot
1 spoon Hummus
2 slice white bread

Avocado chicken sandwich

1 spoon Mayonnaise or cream cheese
1/2 slice avocado
1/2 cup cooked chicken

Cover the sandwich with wet tissue to avoid drying it.

Scone:
traditional English scone with dry fruit served with clotted cream and jam

2 cup self raising flour plus more for dusting
1 tsp baking powder
85g butter cut into cubes
3 tbsp caster sugar
175ml milk
beaten egg to glaze
jam and clotted cream, to serve

Bake it at 160C for 20- 25 min

Sweet : custard pastry and chocolate dipped strawberry

Puff pastry 1 roll
Beaten egg to glaze
Custard
Fruits to top the desert

Cake : simple rustic cake with flower decor

2 cup self raising flour
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup caster sugar
120 ml milk

Bake it at 160C for 20-25 min
