Definition:
NEBL is derived from the German word „Nebel“, meaning fog.
A metaphor for that atmospheric moment in techno culture where silhouettes fade, boundaries blur, and the crowd becomes one pulse.

Techno is our pulse. Equality is our scent.

NEBL stands for a world in which we are all equal.
United in the fog of the night.
Carried by techno, freedom, and an energy that connects us all.
