Kyosho Scorpion First Run - Dirt, Road & Boardwalk!

Hello and thanks for tuning in to this first run of my Kyosho Scorpion 1/10 RC buggy (re-release). This video is in three parts, showing the Scorpion on 3 different surfaces. My son, Alfie, joined me at the local park where renovations were going on, they had built a new boardwalk, layed new tarmac paving and there was a big area of rough dirt to play on! So we both had a go on the camera and at driving the awesome Kyosho Scorpion. What you see here is the result of a good few hours enjoying the RC buggy on those 3 different surfaces. Initially, I fitted an Absima 21 double turn brushed motor, but after a little test it seemed that it wasn't up to the job, so I fitted a new Tamiya Torque Tuned motor with a heatsink. This performed so well and I was surprised at the speed and acceleration the motor gave. None of this footage is speeded up, although at times it does look like it was! An upcoming speed test will prove just how fast this buggy can go in stock setup.
